Navy Moral, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) fitness specialists and command fitness leaders (CFL) are helping Sailors prepare for the fall physical fitness assessment (PFA) daily throughout the Navy. CFLs and fitness specialists help personnel improve their PFA scores and health by using a variety of physical training methods including strength training, endurance training and nutrition education. Personnel in the fitness enhancement programs (FEP) are required to attend classes run by CFLs three times a week. For more information, visit the Navy MWR's Mission Essential website or your command fitness leader.
