A new law allows pet owners arriving in Guam to bring their dog or cat home from quarantine weeks, possibly months, earlier than previously possible. Guam's Public Law 29-112 now shortens the amount of time pets are required to spend in enforced quarantine, provided they meet vaccination standards and other basic requirements.
