Pepperoni Pizza Recall
Week of September 01, 2008
Nestle Prepared Foods Company recalled several of its frozen stuffed pepperoni pizza products. As a result, the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) removed the following product from its shelves: "Hot Pockets Pepperoni Pizza," 54-ounce, 12-pack cartons of brand stuffed sandwiches, UPC: 0 43695 07511 3. Printed on the side of each carton is "8157544614D," "EST 7721A," and "BEST BEFORE JAN2010." Each carton bears the USDA mark of inspection. Currently, no other codes are implicated. Customers who have this product are advised not to consume it. Commissary customers can return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
