Peak Moving Season for Sailors

Summer is peak moving season for the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) San Diego Personal Property Shipping Office (PPSO). To help customers get the move dates they want and to reduce wait time at the PPSO, FISC San Diego requires active-duty Navy servicemembers to use the Navy's online move application and entitlement counseling program, SMARTWebMove (SWM). The program provides customized entitlement counseling based on individual Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders and government regulations. SWM is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week from anywhere Sailors have Internet access.
