Helping newcomers adjust and feel comfortable in their temporary home overseas is the primary mission of Army Community Service's Relocation Readiness Program in Wiesbaden, Germany. All members of the family are invited to take that first step by joining one of the weekly Host Nation Orientations, which is held on Tuesdays and starting at the Wiesbaden Entertainment Center. During the daylong orientation participants learn about the German culture, how to use the public transportation and other aspects of life in Wiesbaden. People who are new in the community can sign up for the Newcomers Orientation by stopping by ACS in Building 7790 in Hainerberg Housing or calling civ (0611) 143-548-9201 (registration is required).
