Qualified Marines can apply for the 2009 NROTC (Marine-Option) Scholarship Program. The NROTC Scholarship Program provides an education at select colleges and universities and trains men and women for careers as commissioned officers. Interested Marines should contact their career retention specialist, education officer, or write the Commanding General, Marine Corps Recruiting Command (ON-E), 3280 Russell Road, Quantico, VA 22134-5103.
