New OEF Public Information Website

The International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) launched a new website in an effort to deliver more current, relevant and accurate news and information about military operations in Afghanistan (Operation Enduring Freedom) directly to the public. The new ISAF website integrates ISAF's online social networking pages, including Facebook and Twitter, and its pages on content sharing sites YouTube and Flickr. ISAF's Facebook page is also updated regularly from Afghanistan with news, photos and videos, as well as content from traditional media outlets. The site remains a key tool for the command to communicate with its online audience, and continues to grow at a rate of more than 100 new users per day.
