New Infantry Museum Opens
Week of July 20, 2009
A new, world-class museum was recently built to honor the Infantry. The new National Infantry Museum in Columbus, Ga. tells the story of American Soldiers from the colonial period to Operation Iraqi Freedom. The museum is open Monday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m., and on Sunday 11:00 a.m. --5:00 p.m. For more information, visit the new National Infantry Museum website.
