A new exhibit dedicated to the Navy SEALs (Sea, Air, Land) was officially opened to the public April 14 at the U.S. Navy Memorial in Washington. The exhibit entitled "Sea, Air Land: The Navy's Special Operations Sailors," will run through April 2008 and was commissioned by the U.S. Navy Memorial to recognize the valuable role the Navy SEAL has played within America's defense. It also marks the beginning of a series of special activities and events which honor 2007 as "The Year of the Navy SEAL."
