New Curriculum at Leadership School
Week of January 28, 2008
Airmen attending Airman Leadership School (ALS) at all Air Force bases will find many changes to its core curriculum. ALS institutions Air Force -wide are required to have a "historic, total rewrite" of the training system in -place and ready for instruction. Under the revised system there are still four training modules: Supervisor of Airmen, Military Professional, Combat Leader and Supervisory Communicator. Student testing is one of the areas most significantly affected by the changes -- significant home study will be needed to pass the course. The course also teaches all aspects of the new Enlisted Performance Report System (EPR).
