Secretary of the Army John M. McHugh announced the formal beginning the implementation the Army-wide Comprehensive Soldier Fitness (CSF). This holistic fitness program offers mental and physical resilience assessments and training that increases physical, emotional, social, spiritual and family strengths. Within the next six months, all Soldiers will take the Global Assessment Tool (GAT) -- an online confidential assessment. Other elements of CSF include tailored self-help training modules, mandatory resilience training, and Master Resilience Trainers (MRTs).
