The 12th Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Rick D. West recently unveiled his new leadership webpage, underscoring his commitment to communicate with the fleet. Starting immediately, senior enlisted leaders can submit a nomination for a member of their command to be featured on the webpage as a "Sailor in the Spotlight." More information on criteria can be found on the site. West said he is satisfied with the site and its design, but is open to suggestions on how to improve it.
