Navy's New Defense Travel System

The Navy Reserve is implementing use of the Defense Travel System (DTS). The Reserve Force already rolled out DTS at Navy Operational Support Center Everett, Wash., and plans on making it operational nationwide by the end of May 2010. The requirement to use both DTS and NROWS will shorten the time to book travel and receive travel claims. The new NROWS DTS is scheduled to roll out in the Northwest Region by the end of July, with subsequent staggered rollouts to Regions Midwest, Mid Atlantic, Southeast and Southwest. For more information on the Defense Travel System, visit the DTS website.
