The Navy is looking for senior staff members at colleges and universities across the country to serve as Campus Liaison Officers (CLOs) to work with the Navy Recruiting Districts (NRDs) to increase awareness of Navy opportunities. CLOs are Navy Reserve officers with a human resource designator (1205). Each of them is an administrative or professorial faculty member at a college or university. CLOs can enter the program a number of ways. Faculty and administrative staff at any two- or four-year college or university may be eligible, subject to Navy physical standards and a relatively simple screening process. For more information on the Campus Liaison Officer Program, visit the Navy Diversity website, or contact CWO3 Kevin Powers at (901) 874-9333.
