The Navy's Fleet and Family Support Program offers a full range of workshops tailored to individual augmentees (IAs) and their families. The workshops ensure that Sailors and their families have the necessary information to properly prepare for and complete their IA tour with deployment support services that address the unique challenges of IAs. Local Fleet and Family Support Centers have more information about the various workshops available. Resources for IA Sailors and their families are available at the Navy Fleet and Family Support Center website and the Navy Fleet and Family Support Center Facebook page.
