Navy Releases Enhancements
Week of September 04, 2009
The Fleet and Industrial Supply Centers (COMFISCS) One Touch Support (OTS) Program Office, supported by Navy Supply Information Systems Activity, recently released major enhancements to the OTS system. The enhancements to OTS give users greater visibility of "pushed," or supplementary, address requisitions and provides automatic updates of supply and shipping status. Register to become a user -- existing OTS users don't need to take any action to use this new capability. Users who have MILSTRIP authority will be able to generate material receipt acknowledgements. Commands interested in providing requisition visibility to customers should contact the OTS Program Office via e-mail at onetouch@navy.mil.
