Navy Perform to Serve Website Requires New Login
Week of April 23, 2007
Sailors using the Perform to Serve (PTS) website are now required to log in using a Command Access Card (CAC) containing their Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificates. The new security requirement restricts users from accessing the website from home unless they have a CAC reader installed on their home computers. Sailors can contact their command career counselor for more information on PTS or check the Bureau of Naval Personnel's Perform to Serve webpage for the most up-to-date details. For assistance with PTS, Sailors may contact PTS coordinators and the Navy's Customer Service Center at 1(866)U-ASK-NPC, or 1(866)827-5672.
