The U.S. Navy is seeking applicationsfor the National Security Management Program (NSMP). Applications for the NSMP are due no later than Sept.25, 2009. Eligible nominations for the NSMP Navy Selection Board must be top performing captain or captain-select unrestricted line officers, who hold a master's degree or a proven subspecialty with recommendation from senior officers within their chain of command. Application packages should be submitted by the nominee's reporting senior officer to: Center for Personal and Professional Development Voluntary Education Detachment, Attn: Code N2A2, 6490 Saufley Field Road, Pensacola, Fla. 32509-5204.
