Mattel Recalls More Toys
Week of August 27, 2007
Stars and Stripes reports that Mattel's second toy recall this month affects dozens of toy sets sold at military exchanges. The Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) have pulled the recalled toys from the shelves. Parents will have to contact Mattel to get a refund for the items as AAFES stores will not provide refunds or exchanges for the items. Customers can call the company at (888) 597-6597 for information on getting a refund or visit http://service.mattel.com/us/recall.asp. Additional information is available at the Consumer Product Safety Commission's Website.
