Make a Movie--Save a Life
Week of November 17, 2008
The U.S. Army Combat Readiness/Safety Center (USACRC) launched its Peer-to-Peer Safety Video Competition, which challenges Soldiers to create short videos that promote off-duty safety awareness. Entrants can post videos on any social networking site and send a link to USACRC to submit their videos for consideration. Videos should effectively convey ways to safely conduct off-duty activities and a humorous slant is encouraged. The contest runs through March 31, 2009, and is open to all military ID card holders including Army Reserve and National Guard Soldiers. For more information, visit the Peer to Peer Safety Video Competition webpage.
