How do you spell Veterans Day?

You probably know that November 11 is the day America honors and thanks veterans for their military service. You may know that the holiday began as Armistice Day in recognition of the armistice that ended World War I on that date in 1918. You have probably seen the holiday listed as "Veterans Day," "Veteran's Day" and as "Veterans' Day." So, which is correct? It should be written Veterans Day. It does not include an apostrophe but does include an "s" at the end of "veterans" because it is not a day that "belongs" to veterans; it is a day for honoring all veterans.
