Last week the House Armed Services Committee completed the 2013 defense bill mark-up. The HASC version would increase some TRICARE pharmacy co-pays, but it does not include the DoD plan to tier enrollment TRICARE Prime fees. The HASC budget proposal will now go to the full house for a vote. The House is expected to pass the bill next week, but it stands little chance of passing as written in the Senate.
