Get in Shape!

Your local Health and Wellness center (HAWC) welcomes people who want to enforce their new year's resolutions to get back into shape or to improve fitness levels. Before starting a workout, it is important to have a starting point and a goal to track progress. Take measurements of any areas you are looking to tone. Write the measurements down--this will be the starting point. The key to tracking progress is to use a workout regimen and measurement logs as proof of success.
