TRICARE's Behavioral Health Provider Locator and Appointment Assistance Service allows active-duty servicemembers (ADSMs) and their families to call their managed care support contractor (MCSC) if they're having a problem locating a network provider for behavior health appointments. For appointments, call the following toll-free numbers: West Region, (866) 651-4970; North Region, (877) 747-9579; and South Region, (877) 298-3514.
