Free Hunting/Fishing Licenses in NJ

New Jersey veterans with a service-connected disability are eligible for free fishing and hunting licenses, stamps and permits in the state. Eligible veterans only need to apply once for disabled veteran certification. Only the NJ DEP Division of Fish and Wildlife can approve certification--license agents are not authorized to do so.
