The Military Spouse Fellowship for the Accredited Financial Counselor Program is open to most spouses of active-duty servicemembers, reservists or retirees and enables them to earn the "accredited financial counselor" credential. The credential gives spouses the ability to work in financial counseling nationwide. The National Military Family Association will start accepting applications for the 2008 Military Spouse Fellowship Program in late March, 2008 with a deadline of late April, 2008. Recipients will be announced in late June or early July, 2008. More information will be available in late March, 2008 on the National Military Family Association website.
