The Navy College Program (NCP) enables Sailors to obtain a college degree while on active duty. Key components include tuition assistance, academic skills, and NCPACE. The Navy College Distance Learning Partnership (NCPDLP) allows maximum use of military training and experience and college level tests to fulfill degree requirements. Under another program, Advanced Education Voucher (AEV) the Navy pays for all tuition, books, and related fees upon acceptance in this program. For more information, visit your local Navy College Office (NCO), the Navy College website or contact the Navy College Virtual Center (NCC) by calling DSN 922-1828 or toll-free 1-877-253-7122.
