DoD Education Agency Award Nominations
Week of December 29, 2008
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is asking principals, students, parents, teachers, and the general public to nominate science or mathematics teachers in grades 7-12 for the Presidential Awards for Excellence in Science and Mathematics Teaching (PAEMST). The PAEMST is the highest recognition that a teacher can receive for excellence in teaching in the United States. Individuals interested in nominating a teacher should fill out the nomination form at the PAEMST website and submit this form to Kim Day or Sheridan Pearce before Jan. 8, 2009.
