Did you know that members of the armed forces on active duty, and their families, are eligible for in-state tuition rates? As of July 1, 2009, members of the armed forces on active duty for a period of more than 30 days and their families are now eligible to receive in-state tuition at public colleges and universities in the state where they reside or are permanently stationed.
