Development Teams Guide Reserve Airmen's Careers

Since the Reserve Force Development program launched last year, 14 Development Team meetings have been held at the Air Reserve Personnel Center. To further assist the teams, Airmen are asked about their educational goals, unique work experience, special qualifications, and specific near-, mid- and long-term goals.
