A company that publishes an annual deployment guide sped up its schedule to release the 2009 guide this fall. AmeriForce Publishing is changing its production schedule to get the 2009 guide out early because large-scale troop rotations are taking place later this year. The 2009 deployment guide will address issues such as, preparing for deployment, helping children cope with deployment, staying in contact with deployed family members, and creating and maintaining family rituals. The old, spring 2008 deployment guide can be viewed at the Ameriforce.net website.
