Contest for Efficiency and Savings Ideas Open to all DoD Personnel

The U.S. Navy is encouraging Sailors and civilians to submit entries to the Innovation for New Value, Efficiency and Savings Tomorrow Awards contest. The deadline for submissions is Sept. 24. INVEST solicits and rewards innovative ideas that save money, result in cost avoidance, increase efficiency and agility within the Department of Defense and utilize resources more effectively. The contest is open to all DoD military and civilian personnel. Contest submissions can pertain to the Department of the Navy, another service or the DoD in its entirety. DoD personnel are encouraged to submit all ideas, both small and large. Forms for contest submissions, official contest details and eligibility requirements are available at the INVEST webpage.
