Connecticut Colleges Ease Policies

Some colleges and universities in Connecticut are changing their admissions processes to make it easier for veterans to apply. Under these changes veterans will not have to pay application fees, will receive quicker admissions decisions, and will have access to admissions and financial aid counselors. Their unofficial documents will be considered acceptable for admissions decisions. Schools adopting all or a majority of the changes for veterans include the University of Connecticut, Eastern Connecticut State University, Connecticut College, Mitchell College, Three Rivers Community College, Quinebaug Valley Community College and Asnuntuck Community College.
