The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) joined several organizations to promote the 2009 Constitution Day Poster Contest, which is open to kids in grades K-12 (including homeschoolers) to celebrate Constitution Day, Sept. 17, 2009. Contest entrants must design a poster showing how they benefit from the freedoms embodied in the U.S. Constitution. Entries must be postmarked by Oct. 1, 2009. For contest requirements, learning resources, and entry forms, visit ConstitutionFacts.com's Constitution Day 2009 website.
