The Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief offers children and spouses of the fallen and of severely injured servicemembers assistance with college tuition at an accredited college or university, as well as help with home and car repair, utility bills and many other basic needs. Financial assistance applications are reviewed once a quarter unless there is an applicant is in an emergency situation. The college grants are reviewed twice a year with deadlines of Oct. 31 for spring semester and April 30 for the fall semester.
