Awards Program for Black Engineer of the Year

The deadline for submitting applications for the Black Engineer of the Year Professional and Career Achievement awards has been extended to Sept. 17. The awards recognize men and women from around the country who demonstrate outstanding performance in a technical field and show great potential for shaping the future course of engineering, science, math and technology. Nominations for Modern Day Technology Leaders awards and other award categories such as Community Service or Most Promising Engineer are being accepted until Nov. 1. Nomination criteria, as well as a nomination sheet, are available online. The nomination application form can be found at the Career Communications Group website.
