Authors Study Effects of War

Dr. Daryl S. Paulson and Dr. Stanley Krippner are co-authors of the new book "Haunted by Combat," a study of the psychological effects of war on veterans during the past 50 years from World War II to the current conflicts in Afghanistan and Iraq. The book is their second collaboration on post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Hundreds of veterans of the nation's last four major wars have committed suicide related to (PTSD) while one of every three homeless men are veterans of one or more of these wars. Dr. Paulson is a Marine veteran and psychologist.
