The Combined Arms Center and Center for Army Leadership at Fort Leavenworth, Kan. released a new handbook aimed at formalizing procedures for transitioning into a leadership position. The Leadership Transitions Handbook provides leaders at all experience levels a systematic approach to transitioning into a new position, and provides an approach that can be tailored to meet the needs of both new and experienced leaders. The Handbook is available on the Combined Arms Center's public access CAL website and at the Center for Army Leadership AKO website.
