Army Online Evaluations on Track
Week of April 28, 2008
Electronic submissions of Army evaluations via "My Forms" on Army Knowledge Online increased from 19 percent to 70 percent in the past few weeks. Evaluation reports must now be submitted electronically using My Forms. A "wizard" tool is available to help Soldiers fill out the form to reduce errors. Soldiers must use the most up-to-date form, which can be downloaded from the Army Publishing Directorate's website. The forms can then be uploaded to the template.
