The Navy is accepting applications from eligible officers for the Fiscal Year 2013 (FY-13) Specialty Career Path (SCP) Program, which provides officers alternatives to the traditional command-at-sea-career path. The FY-13 SCP Selection Board will be held July 23 - 27, 2012 at Navy Personnel Command (NPC). Applications must be received at NPC no later than June 25.
