Following a review of the permanent change of station orders process, the Air Force Personnel Center has implemented a new policy that will allow Airmen more time to schedule move-related appointments. The policy change should help reduce policy change requests for early PCS orders. But, if it does not meet a member's needs, he or she can still request an exception to policy.
