The Air Reserve Personnel Center announced the first half of the 2009 line and online captain and first lieutenant promotions. The complete captain and first lieutenant lists are available online. Officers may not assume the higher grade until they reach their two year date-of-rank anniversary or Oct. 1, 2009, whichever is later.
