Air Force officers interested in applying for special developmental education programs for the 2010-2011 academic year, have until Aug. 31 to submit their applications to the Air Force Personnel Center. The four special DE programs include:
(1) The Olmsted Scholarship Program, with details available at the Olmstead Foundation website
(2) The White House Fellowship Program
(3) The Mansfield Fellowship Program
(4) The Information Assurance Scholarship Program
