AF Offers NCO Retraining

Airmen have almost a month remaining to voluntarily retrain in Phase I of the 2011 NCO Retraining Program before the program's involuntary Phase II begins Sept. 20. Airmen can find the master vulnerability list on the Virtual Military Personnel Flight.
