AF HR Award Nominations Sought
Week of July 27, 2009
The Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC) is accepting nominations for the 2010 Verne Orr Award. The Verne Orr recognizes an Air Force unit which makes the most effective use of its human resources. Organizations and base-level personnel must contact their Major Command, Field Operating Unit, Direct Reporting Unit, or equivalent for the appropriate application due date and additional information regarding nomination procedures. Completed nominations must be sent to AFPC by March 1, 2010. For more information about the Verne Orr Award, visit AFPC's "Ask" website and type "Verne Orr" into the search engine.
