The 2016 Food Services Assessment Survey (FSAS), which is available now, is a vital way to determine whether current programs and initiatives related to food service are meeting the needs of Airmen and families. The by-invitation survey, sent to over 300,000 Airmen during the month of May, will provide valuable insight into key areas: (1) usage, satisfaction, preferences and desired improvements Airmen expect of food service operations at installations; and (2) customer satisfaction with various criteria. Results received will be shared with installation food and beverage managers so they can be used to increase satisfaction and provide preferred food service options.
