Airmen who are Individual Mobilization Augmentees or are in the Participating Individual Ready Reserve category have 90 days to review their electronic personnel records. Records are available through AFPC Secure, a website run by the Air Force Personnel Center. Once logged in from a military or government system, Airmen can click on the "ARMS Member" link to review their individual records. If documents appear to be missing, or Airmen believe an item should not be in their record, they can call the Reserve Personnel Contact Center at 800-525-0102 for assistance. Airmen, who have problems logging into ARMS, can call the RMG at DSN 497-2391 or commercial 478-327-2391 for assistance.
