Marines who re-enlisted in the Active Reserve Program on or after Jan. 1, 2008 and through Sept. 30, 2008 and who meet the eligibility requirements may be eligible for a $15,000 re-enlistment bonus. This incentive will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Marines may have no more than 20 years of total service on the date of re-enlistment, and sergeants may have no more than 10 years of active-duty service. Recipients of this incentive will incur a three-year obligation from the date of reenlistment.
