Prices in this all-services catalog are valid from Sept. 24, 2008 through Feb. 15, 2009, for any authorized exchange customer. Orders can be placed by mail, fax or phone. Toll-free orders can be placed from the U.S., Puerto Rico or Guam at 800-527-2345. The Exchange Catalog center is open around the clock, seven days a week.
