Military Beach Workout

Senior Master Sgt. JJ Little leads a beach PT session at Hickman AFB, Hawaii. Approximately 70 people participated in the PT session, which included a 1.5 mile run to the beach, a half hour session of calisthenics and team building, followed by a 1.5 mile run back to the starting point.
